Abuse Policy

This document lays out the ground rules for using Inverionax the right way. It describes what behaviour is not allowed on the platform, how we act when the rules are broken, and how anyone can flag misconduct they come across. The aim is straightforward: keep the trading environment secure, even-handed and open for every member of our community.

1. Purpose and Who It Covers

These rules apply to every account holder, every casual visitor and every person who touches the Inverionax platform in any way whatsoever. They extend across all actions taken through Inverionax profiles, any linked systems and any related services we operate.

2. What Is Not Allowed

The behaviours listed below have no place on Inverionax and will not be tolerated:

2.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • Carrying out fraudulent transactions or manipulating financial activity in any form
  • Pretending to be someone else, another organisation, or a representative of Inverionax
  • Providing information that is false, misleading, or knowingly incomplete

2.2 Unauthorised Entry

  • Trying to break into accounts, internal systems or protected data without permission
  • Making use of stolen credentials or working around our security and authentication layers
  • Poking at or scanning for vulnerabilities without written approval from us in advance

2.3 Harmful Technical Behaviour

  • Spreading malware, viruses, ransomware or any other kind of damaging code
  • Running phishing schemes, social engineering plays or impersonation cons aimed at Inverionax users
  • Disturbing, slowing down or breaking the platform's operations or supporting infrastructure

2.4 Misuse of Platform Features

  • Taking advantage of bugs or technical gaps for personal benefit
  • Tampering with the automated trading logic or interfering with AI execution routines
  • Deploying bots, scripts or automated tooling that undermines fair access for everyone

2.5 Illegal Conduct

  • Using Inverionax to conduct any activity that breaks the law
  • Ignoring local, national or international rules and regulations that apply where you operate

3. Your Responsibilities as an Account Holder

Anyone with an Inverionax account is personally accountable for everything that happens through it.

  • Do not share your login details or hand account access to anyone else, under any circumstances
  • Reach out to Inverionax support the moment you notice anything odd or unexpected on your account
  • Choose strong, one-of-a-kind passwords and switch on every security option available to you

4. Oversight and Detection

Inverionax keeps an eye on platform activity to spot and shut down abuse, fraud or breaches of these rules. This oversight can take several forms, including:

  • Automated review of transactions and detection of unusual patterns
  • Analysis of user behaviour trends over time
  • Regular security checks and risk assessments

5. What Happens When Rules Are Broken

Once a violation has been confirmed, Inverionax may respond in one or more of the following ways:

  • Freezing the account temporarily while the matter is looked into
  • Closing the account permanently
  • Limiting or removing access to specific platform features or services
  • Undoing or cancelling transactions where our policy permits it
  • Passing information about the violation on to law enforcement or the relevant regulators

6. How to Report Abuse

If you spot something questionable — or something clearly wrong — please tell us. When you write in, include as much detail as you can: the account handle involved, dates and times, and a plain description of what you noticed. Send everything straight to Inverionax at [email protected].

7. How We Investigate

Every report that reaches us is looked at carefully and kept confidential. A typical investigation may involve:

  • Going through the account's activity history and transaction records
  • Reaching out to the people involved where that is appropriate
  • Placing temporary limits on the account while the review is underway

8. Working With the Authorities

Where the law requires it, Inverionax will cooperate in full with police forces, financial regulators and any other legitimate authorities looking into unlawful behaviour, enforcing legislation or meeting compliance duties.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this document from time to time as our platform grows, as regulations move, or as security expectations evolve. Continuing to use Inverionax after any changes have been published means you accept the updated version.
